How to Request Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to our support team using the button below:

Information to Include in Your Email

• If Signed In with Google: Include your registered Google Sign-In email address.
• If Using Guest Mode: Include your User ID accessible from the app profile menu.
• Security Notice: Do NOT send passwords, payment card numbers, raw device IDs, or sensitive government identity documents.

What Categories of Data Are Deleted

Upon verification of account ownership, we delete or anonymize:

• Account profile information and application account identifiers
• Your submitted tattoo prompt history
• Your generated tattoo concepts and saved image history

* Note: Limited purchase verification records or security logs may be retained where operationally or legally required for billing compliance, tax audit, or fraud prevention.

Ownership Verification & Confirmation

Our support team will verify request ownership using your account email or account identifier. Once deletion is completed, confirmation will be communicated to your email address within a reasonable operational processing timeline (typically within 30 days).
