Important Disclaimer: InkTry does not provide medical, health, safety, legal, copyright, or professional tattoo advice. Always consult a qualified professional tattoo artist regarding linework, skin characteristics, placement feasibility, and permanent tattoo execution. You remain solely responsible for your tattoo decisions.

3. User Accounts & Anonymous Use

InkTry may be accessed anonymously using guest trial sessions or by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and account access.

4. Credits & Google Play Billing

In-app purchases and credit allocations are handled through Google Play Billing. Billing, payments, taxes, and refunds are governed by Google Play Store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. User Prompts & Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for text descriptions and inputs you submit to InkTry. You agree not to submit prompts or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or infringing on third-party intellectual property.

6. AI Content Limitations & Intellectual Property

AI-generated concepts are provided for personal design planning. We do not guarantee design uniqueness, non-infringement, or technical suitability for tattooing. Third-party AI model terms and intellectual property laws apply.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate service availability or account access at any time for maintenance, security, operational reasons, or violation of these terms.

InkTry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeAppLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
