If tattoo generation takes longer than expected or returns an error, ensure your device has a stable internet connection. Try simplifying your prompt description or selecting another style.
Credits & Purchase Verification
If purchased credits are not reflected, restart InkTry and verify that you are using the same Google account used for the purchase. Contact support with your Google Play Order ID if the issue continues.
Camera & Photo Selection
Tattoo try-on previews require camera permission for live camera mode and system photo picker for gallery images. You can manage camera permissions in Android Device Settings > Apps > InkTry.
Account & Google Sign-In
Signing in with Google links your credit balance to your Google account. If sign-in fails, ensure Google Play Services are updated on your device.
